On Site Catering
We can cater to your needs anywhere you want, from barn weddings to upscale banquet halls, we are equipped to handle all occasions. With OUR Liquor/Beer permits, we ensure to cover all aspect of your event.
Catering Pick UP
Somedays we just don't have enough hands to cater every event we are asked to; however, we find it best for small catering orders to be picked up making it easier on our staff and your wallet! Good option for orders of 40-50 people.
Fat Cowboys Mobile Chicken BBQ
The Fat Cowboys Mobile Chicken BBQ is a 30ft tow behind chicken pit we bring to your location. This option is most beneficial for benefits, fundraisers and weddings!
Banquet Hall Rental
Need catering but don't have the space? We do! Located at 1474 State Route 7, our banquet hall is perfect for parties up to 100! We also have full venue rental options for our sister location. Fat Cowboys Hitching Post that include food!
Catering Delivery
Have all your pans, dishes, serving ware, table covers ect.? We can make your day go even smoother with our , choose your time drop off. One of our staff members will deliver you catered pans, help set them up and were on our way so you can enjoy your private event!

I know my BBQ. It's much of what I do and love. I have been smoking meat and charcoal/wood cooking for 25 years. I even built a few smokers in my day. Been to many "BBQ" restaurants to be mostly disappointed. I will tell you Fat Cowboys is very good ! I went straight for the brisket and ribs and was very pleased with the amount of smoke flavor, tenderness and portions. Most BBQ places, the Brisket is often served dry lacking in flavor, Not here. Ribs are fresh and not over sauced with just the right amount of smoke. Sides, (broccoli salad and baked beens) were exceptional. Service was also very good. I will be going back.
